With XML, you can connect directly to api’s ERP system and automatically transmit your orders in XML format or via an HTTP request.
The api system confirms receipt of the order.
Once the invoice has been generated and the goods dispatched, the api system reports execution by returning the order response, delivery note, and invoice in XML format.
These documents are automatically processed in your ERP system.
Your workload is significantly reduced across all process steps –
from the initial delivery information to final invoicing and shipment.
ViND - Shipping on Behalf of Third Parties
With ViND, your customer receives the shipment directly from the api warehouse – either with a neutral delivery note or one branded with your own design.
With this shipping method, available via UPS and DHL, api remains completely anonymous.
Your customer will find no reference to api as the source – not on the delivery note, the invoice, or the parcel label.
- Customer orders via XML, OpenTrans, or other proprietary formats
- XML responses are freely configurable, or the customer can provide their own XML response
- Price calculation via the customer’s XML web service or automatic store calculation
- Article availability display is freely definable (e.g., quantity in external warehouse, traffic light system, etc.)
- Order confirmation via e-mail to the end customer
- Third-party items can be added to the web store via FTP, XML web service upload, or web upload
- Delivery notes in customer design can be created in Fuman or sent as a PDF to be printed by the customer
